Pink Juicy Heart

The last few days I’ve been experimenting with a little meditation. Every time a negative, unhappy, or an angry thought pops into my mind I do my best to switch gears and imagine a pink juicy heart full of love. It’s my heart I’m visualizing, and it skin is glistening like the inside of a pink grapefruit…it’s healthy and alive…and all those negative thoughts just deplete it of its energy, dull its juicy color, make it appear old and worn. That’s what I tell myself.
