Lost Hideaway by foodchic

I have transformed myself from a person who had absolute judgments which required fixed and rigid responses to a person who sees and knows that any human experience is an opportunity to reflect on where I am or am not. It comes down to surrendering some old, deeply entrenched patterns. It means catching myself right in the middle of acting in a nonharmonious way, and seeing that this is where I am and also where I am not right now! Then it means using my mind to be where I want to be inside of myself, and slowly but surely moving more in the direction of that inner harmony.
