Your body is not your enemy.
It is not some entity to fight with in order to overcome your weaknesses.
Being in direct contact with your body without self-criticism or struggle is the first step toward being in touch with who you really are. Only when there is total acceptance of your body’s strengths and weaknesses is there the possibility for you to befriend your body.
