I’ve been staying up way too late paintingwith the windows open.

Inviting the darkness-the sound of the distant highway-and the soft breeze to pour right in.

Sometimes evening has more to teach usThen the over zealous prophecies of the Sun.

Except we’re too asleep To even know where to begin.
