My Yoga Journey :: Week 13

This week for my Yoga Journey…I’ve been on vacation.
At a beautiful place far, far, far away from the internet.
And of course I bring my yoga mat with me to greet each morning in our hotel room. And I’ve been soaking in stillness and silence and beauty and the deeper wisdom of my heart.
And we came here with no plans…have been following the whims of our day…and well, I’ll share more next week.
I’m still on vacation.
