The Beauty In The Details
Published on March 9, 2016
Today’s IGNITE Peer Mentor Deanna Jinjoe reminds us to slow down and find the beauty in the smallest things. Every Wednesday one of my beloved IGNITE Peer Mentors is sharing their creative wisdom and insight as a guest blogger.
IGNITE Peer Mentors are women who successfully completed my IGNITE Online Intensive and are eager to deepen their own skills and intentions as heart guided artists by mentoring a new circle of women in IGNITE. You can check out past Peer Mentor posts by CLICKING HERE.

I love macro photography. It’s ability to take the small details that we so often miss and bring them into focus always amazes me. It seems to me there is so much beauty surrounding us that we miss because we don’t stop to look at the small details.
I was recently walking near the seawall, by the ocean, in Victoria, BC and the shapes and patterns of the moss growing there caught my eye.
When you take the time to get up close and really look the detail is amazing!
I would have missed all this beauty if I had not taken the time to get close and really look.
