Step into Zoom and set fire to your intentions. Call in your Artist Soul and transform your studio into a sacred altar for the week ahead. Through meditation, breath, and guided painting, we’ll light a wildfire in your Artist Soul — the fire that will burn through resistance, fear, and hesitation, carrying you boldly into every brushstroke of this retreat.
Monday, October 19th – Thursday, October 22nd
ROOT | Daily Painting Invitations
Each day, a pre-recorded painting ritual will anchor you deep in your body, your breath, your Artist Soul. These sessions are medicine for your bones — grounding, tethering, reconnecting you to the earth beneath you and the fierce, fertile core inside. Here, you prepare the soil. Here, you root yourself in readiness for the release that demands your surrender.

OPEN | Relax & Soften
This day invites you to slow down and soften. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and intuitive paint explorations, we’ll relax the grip of control and open into trust. This is a spacious day for allowing—creating ease in your body, breath, and brush so you feel ready to step into the sacred release that follows.

RELEASE | The Ritual of Letting Go
A full-day paint ritual where you confront what’s been chaining you. Fear. Resistance. The stories you’ve told yourself that keep you small. Through paint, sound, and full-body movement, you’ll move stuck energy, surrender control, and ignite the liberation that has been waiting beneath it all. This is unfiltered. Unapologetic. Your Artist Soul set free.
