Before I begin a piece, or start a new body of wor Before I begin a piece, or start a new body of work, I always set an intention or sometimes I’ll ask a question. Then I just listen very closely to my process. I’ll pay particular attention to what shows up, how I feel, even what thoughts creep in. I rarely get a straight direct answer -but that’s not what I’m looking for.
