NOURISH IS FOR ARTISTS...

NOURISH is for Artists called to nourish their Artist Soul, awaken their creative practice, create a unique body of work, be a part of an online creative community, and receive support, guidance, and inspiration from me: Connie Solera.

This is NOT a step-by-step kinda program. You will be invited to independently create a body of work and use your creativity, imagination, and intuition to make your work your own. I'll be there to support, mirror, and gently guide you to unfold.

NOURISH is for you if....

You are comfortable deciding what to create and with what materials, but love receiving prompts and a central theme as guidance.
You are energized by participating in deep conversations, sitting in the questions instead of jumping immediately to solutions, and practicing deep listening -- to yourself, your art work, and your peers.
You are feeling stuck or like your creativity has been lying dormant and you are ready to awaken it gently.

HOW NOURISH WILL UNFOLD...

NOURISH is a self-guided eCourse held on my Paint Wisdom Studio platform.

As a painter in NOURISH you receive immediate access totaling 10 hours of videos, audios, PDF's, photos and written content that is yours to keep and visit again and again. The videos contain demos, instruction, and recorded Q&A. The audios are prompts.

Here is what you can expect each day.

MONDAYS -- There is a recording of a live discussion I had for the theme of the week.
TUESDAYS - THURSDAYS -- Each day you will receive a short audio and/or video that will be an invitation for your creative practice that day and in alignment with that week's theme.
FRIDAYS -- Studio Visit Day! On Fridays I bring you into my studio by sharing videos containing an intimate peek at my own process, techniques, and Artist Soul nourishment.

In NOURISH you will create a small body of work by gently nourishing your creative practice each day.

I will provide daily guidance, prompts, and inspiration as support. To fully feel nourished I highly encourage you to use whatever mixed-media supplies you have on hand and LOVE!

Suggested Supply List

In NOURISH the best supplies to use are the ones that you already have and feel most comfortable with. So please refer to the following list as simply a suggestion.

PLEASE NOTE: I will be working with watercolor. If you prefer to work with watercolor, gouache, or acrylics by all means -- go for it!

Canson XL Mix Media Pad 11" x 14"
Acrylic Paints / Watercolors / Gouache -- any brand of acrylic paints you have and are comfortable with will work.
Painter's Tape
Paint Brushes -- Whatever paint brushes you have and are comfortable with will work.
Glue Stick / Adhesive
Scissors
Collage Ephemera that has meaning to you
Paint Rag & Water Container
Palette
Oil pastels (Suggested -- NOT required -- I like THESE BABIES or THESE.)
Bone Folder (Suggested -- NOT required)
Any Mixed-media materials you currently love to work with.

What tyoe of technology do I need to fully enjoy NOURISH?
