In this one-on-one , 10-weeks mentorship, we'll work together to develop a body of work that not only strengthens your practice but deepens your relationship with yourself as an artist—exploring and creating from themes that truly matter to you.
The Paint Wisdom Mentorship is for artists who love the independence of their studio practice but are craving that dedicated support and guidance. For painters who are fiercely committed to their growth and evolution — who thrive on experimentation and actively seek out the awe and wonder in their creative process. For those who find magic in guided visualizations and contemplative journaling, using these tools to deepen their connection with their work and nurture their imaginative spirit.
The Paint Wisdom Mentorship isn't for everyone. This mentorship isn't well suited for artists just beginning their journey.
You'll get the most from this experience if you have at least 3 years of art-making under your apron and feel comfortable working independently. It's also not the place if you're looking for technical instruction, step-by-step demos, or hoping to paint like me—this work is about discovering and deepening your own voice.
While Paint Wisdom is inherently healing, it's not designed as a therapeutic space for processing trauma or deep emotional wounds. If you turn to art solely as a coping mechanism for life's challenges, you might find this mentorship doesn't meet those needs. Similarly, if art is primarily a hobby or leisure activity for you, the depth we dive into—exploring the context and significance of your work within your creative journey—may feel overwhelming without an established practice to anchor you.
This mentorship asks you to engage in meaningful discussions about art and participate in guided visualizations. If those aren't practices that resonate with you, this might not be your path. And while we do touch on the business side of art, that's not our primary focus here—we're diving deep into artistic growth and creative expression.
