BASIC DETAILS
STARTS: Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 10 AM.
ENDS: Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 5 PM.
PLACE: Connie Solera's private studio in Peoria, Arizona
COST: $1495
SPACE IS LIMITED TO 8 ARTISTS.
INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION
- An online introductory workshop hosted on Paint Wisdom Studio that begins Wednesday August 10, 2022.
- Four days of in-person workshop instruction, support, and one-on-one guidance.
- Four lunches, coffee, tea, and light snacks.
- All supplies provided at in-person workshop.
- A collectible Wonky-Tonky Faces apron.
- Pre-trip notes and guidelines.
NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION
- Supplies for the online introductory workshop are NOT included. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view what supplies are needed for the online workshop portion.
- Air, travel, breakfast, dinner, and lodging are NOT included.
CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION
- Within 24 hours of making your registration you will receive a welcome email. This is your registration confirmation and contains helpful info to help you start planning for your workshop. Please keep this email in a safe place. It is recommended that you print it out.
- IMPORTANT: All workshop information will be emailed to the email address you used to register with. If you require the materials to be sent to an alternate email address, please email Support@ConnieSolera.com and let us know right away.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Cancellations made before August 10, 2022: Refunds, minus a $255 cancellation fee, will be made until August 10, 2022. On and/or after August 10, 2022 your registration fee is non-refundable and/or non-transferable. Please email your cancellation to Support@ConnieSolera.com with your full name and email address you used to purchase registration. Your refund will be issued via Pay Pal within 72 business hours of receiving your cancellation.
- Registration is NOT transferable.
- If a payment fails you have 48 hours to pay it or your registration to Wonky-Tonky Faces will be terminated. Refunds, minus a $255 cancellation fee, will only be made if termination occurs by August 10, 2022.
- On and after August 10, 2022 no refunds will be made unless someone purchases your space. The $255 cancellation fee still applies.
COVID-19 POLICY
To ensure the wellbeing and peace-of-mind of everyone attending Wonky-Tonky Faces, a negative COVID-19 antigen test results taken within 72 hours before attending Wonky-Tonky Faces must be emailed to Support@ConnieSolera.com.
Failure to send a COVID-19 negative test result taken within 72 hours of starting the workshop will result in termination of your registration with no refund or transfer.
ALLERGY WARNING
My private studio is frequented by my beloved dog Rocket and sometimes by my two hipster cats Bowie and Max. These three will probably show up from time-to-time at Wonky-Tonky Faces to share some loving. If you are allergic to cats and/or dogs, please be prepared.
