I Just Painted FEARLESS™

I painted this FEARLESS™ Painting in my Inner Breath workshop.  It alone has made me tremendously happy.  I simply let myself play.  Get lost in color.  Go wild with my brushstrokes.  And even best yet–I let myself mess up again and again and let the painting take on new directions each time.

I began simply by scrubbing the canvas with paint and a sponge.  Watching the translucent color make a haze of joy across the surface.  Then I let my line lead me–and color instruct my brush on where to go.

And well, I lost myself in this painting.  I forgot where I was–what I was doing–even why I was doing it.

I just painted.

FEARLESS™.
