Creation :: Spiritual Strength

Wherever crows are, there is magic.  They are symbols of creation and spiritual strength.  They remind us to look for opportunities to create and manifest the magic of life.  They are messengers calling to us about the creation and magic that is alive within our world everyday and available to us.

Last week I was in a parking lot when a crow flew at my head and literally brushed my left cheek with his wing.

I took notice.

Then yesterday, Hansel, Phoenix, and I were having lunch outside when Hansel said “look at that bird–he’s staring at you.”

I turned around and there perched on the porch wall directly behind me was a crow.  We sat there staring at each other for maybe a minute or so.  Then he flew away.

The last few weeks have been quite difficult, the one thing I feel that has been so grounding for me is taking some time every night to FEARLESS draw with my oil pastels.

The crow has been coming up in my drawings as well.

No doubt it brings the medicine I need.
