For a long time I’ve kind of poo-poo’ed the whole blog award thing. I’ve kind of snubbed many a blog award in my day. Yes, it’s true. I’m sorry.

(That’s it. That’s my dark and dirty secret.)

But today I got to thinking. It’s time I change my ways. It’s time I start being grateful for those blogosphere lovelies out there that actually take the time to read my ramblings as well as go as far to share their appreciation for my words in an award. If you are reading this and you blog, you know the time that goes into keeping a blog–writing, editing, uploading. Not to mention hanging your heart out there on a string. So if someone wants to say thank you to me for my efforts…I should accept their sentiments with open arms and spread the love.

With that said, please excuse my tardiness. Please forgive me for my previous snobbery. I’m a changed chica!
