I finished painting this morning.

And I sat in front of my laptop blog surfing.

I watched this video and I cried.

And I played it again. And I cried.

There are so many people out there.

Making Art. Feeling so deeply.

That I realize I’m not the only one.

I give my life to this.

I give my life to express from the deepest part of my heart.

I give my life to speak

in whatever language chooses to meet me that day.

A paintbrush. A word. One foot in front of the other.

I choose to give my life to this.

To be a part of this.

To permit whatever Muse/Goddess/Creative Source

to use me.

To fill me up.

And deplete me again and again.
