Morning Rituals

Do you ever notice how in sync the blog world sometimes is with one another?

Like how naturally you may be thinking/feeling/writing about one thing–then randomly go visit some of your favorite bloggys to find that your cyber friends are thinking/feeling/writing about the same thing?

I love that.

It just reminds me how incredibly powerful energy and thoughts and the ties that bind us really are.

Just yesterday, after my morning yoga and meditation ritual, I had to grab my new Big Girl camera and really take a look at the altar I sit in front of day after day. I love having this new tool to examine the details of my life with–and what you see here in these photos is my morning.

It’s my wishes, my roots, and my here & now all sitting there co-existing together beautifully.
