To be quiet.
To listen.
To do nothing.
Just be.

Sometimes I forget.
How important it is to nourish me.

To be in the company of friends.
Cook a fresh meal.
Rinse myself in lavender.
Write run on sentences in my journal.
Stare at the sunset.
Read poetry.
