Getting The Junky-Junk Out
Published on August 27, 2020
Today I woke up ridiculously anxious so I took my anxiety to the page.
I find that this is one of the best ways for me to move the energy and begin to feel a bit more grounded.
I know I’m not alone in that feeling of being ridiculously anxious now-a-days, so I thought I’d share a peek into my process with you.
If anything, I hope it encourages you to pick up the brush and start moving color around.
Don’t aim for beautiful, likeable, or anything else related to great/good/nice. Just move color around, play with line, get crazy if you have to — but get that junky-junk out of your system, then call it done, over, adios, ba-bye.
There’s always another page.
